Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through the online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and no refund will be provided, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you. To reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. Subject to availability, I will do my best to find an alternative time that works for both of us. Session Format Sessions may be conducted online (via Zoom) or in-person at my Bournemouth studio in Bournemouth. Please specify your preference when booking. Materials You are responsible for providing your own art materials. I will advise you on professional-quality supplies based on what we'll be working on. Please arrive prepared. Late Arrival Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect subsequent bookings. Technical Difficulties If technical difficulties occur during online sessions that prevent us from completing the full session, we will reschedule the affected time at no additional cost. Refunds Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 14 days from booking to cancel for a full refund, provided the session has not yet taken place. Once the session has been completed, no refund will be provided. If I am unable to provide the service as described, you will receive a full refund.
